March 1997 to September 1999

Idents

With the Channel 5's launch in 1997, we got some very colourful idents with lights flashing here and there, things spinning about all over the place and some people wondering about in it all, cabbages, clouds, flowers, leaves, water and everything else, in lifts, underground, outside and inside.

Ident - F

In a lift and other bits.

Ident - G

More coloured lights with some people wondering around.

Ident - H

A dancing man by some railway arches, a woman at a bus stop and a man in a subway, then the dancing man hitch-hiking.

Ident - I

A water droplet and someone saying "Five" feature in this short ident.

Ident - 1999 Version A

More spinning and lights to welcome in the new year in 1999. Includes film rating.

Ident - 1999 Version B

A slightly different version of the new year ident, it is different, trust me, it starts the same but then changes about 5 or 6 seconds in. Also there's more of the music without an announcement on this, even if the ident does get cut off.
