IDENTS
FEBRUARY 2007 - JUNE 2009 |

On 18th February 2007, BBC two said goodbye to the yellow world, and instead looked into a "window on the world", or a Two shaped hole cut into things in which the world could be viewed. Most of the initial set of idents lasted until some tweeks were introduced to the set on 18th June 2009, the exceptions being the cappuccino and chase idents.
IDENT - HEROES
An eclipse effect appears behind a "two" as part of promotion of the new US series "Heroes", first used 25th July 2007.
IDENT - THE RESTAURANT
For the series "The Restaurant" a special ident was created, which basically involves lots of food being thrown at the two. First used 25th July 2007.
IDENT - ELECTRIC PROMS 2007
From October 2007, a special ident for the Electric Proms coverage on BBC two.
IDENT - WHITE SEASON
Another season of programming, this time "White Season" in March 2008.

For a series of programmes around the theme "back to nature" in May 2008, a series of idents featuring various scenes views though a two cut out of a piece of wood.
